Youth City Council The 2026-2027 Youth City Council (YCC) applications are open until July 31st! YCC is a great opportunity to make new friends, plan and participate in the best events and service projects, and gain experience in leadership and civic duties. All students in grades 9-12 are invited to apply. An application AND a parental consent form are required.
