UTOPIA Fiber Project – It is coming!

Unfortunately it’s a long process. The contractor is almost done with the underground portion (installing the conduit and hand digging) Crews are now around the City eginning to pull fiber through the conduit. UTOPIA is scheduled to have the entire City’s system ready to order service by 3rd quarter this year.

Crews will notify residents a few days before construction begins in their yard; contact information will be provided at that time for any questions or concerns. Should there be any issues during the construction process, it will be necessary to reach out to the contact information provided in the work notice. Additionally, crews will Blue Stake properties prior to any work being performed. We anticipate that once construction begins, crews will be in Cedar Hills for about a year before the project is completed.
