City utility payments that were paid or processed on Sept. 30 or Oct. 1 may not show up on some October utility statements. Rest assured that these payments were correctly applied to the proper accounts, but an error in the city’s software may prevent them from displaying on paper and online statements. Any late fees related to this issue have been removed from the affected accounts.
