Public Notice of Intent to Amend the Cedar Hills General Plan

The proposed amendment adopts a new element into the Cedar Hills General Plan, outlining the City’s intent to promote moderate income housing in the community. The public and any affected entities are invited to provide information for the city to consider in the process of reviewing the proposed plan adoption. It is intended that the Moderate Income Housing Element will be adopted by December 31, 2018.

Planning Commission Vacancies Announced

The City of Cedar Hills hereby gives notice and announces vacancies in the office of the Planning Commision (alternates). The term of appointment of an alternate member of the Planning Commission shall be for a period of up to one year. The Mayor makes recommendations to the City Council on appointments to the Planning Commission.
Any qualified person interested in being considered for an appointment to the position of Planning Commission Alternate may make application in person to Colleen Mulvey, city recorder, at the Cedar Hills city office building, 10246 N Canyon Road, or by email at cmulvey@cedarhills.org. Please complete and submit the Application for Planning Commission.
