Records Committee Upholds City’s Decision

The Utah State Records Committee unanimously ruled in favor of the City of Cedar Hills in an appeal filed by a resident requesting that the City provide privileged information supplied by the City on legal invoices. The Committee determined that the records provided were appropriately redacted by the City based on Utah Code. Download the complete Press Release.
