Board of Adjustment Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a meeting on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the City Office Building, 10246 N Canyon Road, Cedar Hills, Utah. This is a public meeting and anyone is invited to attend.

 

1. Call to Order
2. Presentation by Applicant: Aaron and Crystal Michaelis, regarding a variance to the side setback requirements for a swimming pool
3. Presentation by Staff 4. Public Comment: comments limited to 3 minutes per person
5. Discussion by Board of Adjustment Members: discussion by Board Members only to discuss and ask questions on what has been presented
6. Action on Findings 7. Adjourn
