Deerfield PTA has invited you to join them for their inaugural Fun Run and Auction. This event will held in place of the walk-a-thon and is the ONLY PTA FUNDRAISER this year!

This event will be held on Monday, September 16th from 6-8pm at Deerfield Elementary. 

Bring the whole family to: 

1: Eat at the food trucks: Cupbop, Fiore Pizza, World’s Best Corn Dogs and Kona Ice. The food trucks will be donating a portion of their sales to the Deerfield PTA. 

2: Participate in the Fun Run around the field! (5 prize tickets will be given to students who participate. Names will be drawn for some awesome prizes!) Student prizes will be announced a few days after the event during school. Prize tickets will also be given for each wristband purchased. You can also purchase additional prize tickets at the fundraiser for $5 each. 

3: Bid on amazing items in the Silent Auction.

4: Play on bounce houses, play games, get your face painted, eat yummy treats and more!!! 


*Fun Run participation wristbands are $10 per person or $30 for 4. Parents DO NOT need a wristband to attend. These can be purchased before the event on the Deerfield PTA website’s online store. They are also accepting additional donations through the website ( so please share this link with your family and friends to buy wristbands and donate!  Prizes will be awarded to students who bring in the most donations!! This event is for the whole community so please spread the word! 

*Wristbands will be given at the beginning of the event. Look for the check in tables when you arrive.

6:00pm-6:30pm- FUN RUN!!

6:30pm-8:00pm-Bounce houses and games

*Food trucks will be available from 6pm-8pm. The silent auction bidding will finish at 7:30pm and winners will be announced at 7:45pm.


*If you know of any businesses in the area who would like to donate to the fundraiser or silent auction, please notify the Deerfield PTA and we will contact them! We can’t wait to see you all at Deerfield’s first ever FUN RUN!
