2023 Open Burn Season

The dates for the 2023 Spring Open Burn are between March 30th through May 30th. This is based upon Utah County allowances. The cost of a permit is $20.00. Those interested in burning apply for a burn permit and submit an application, including the time validity for their permit.
Please note that burn permits will not be approved for locations east of North Canyon Road. Also, anyone burning without a permit or burning outside of permit criteria found on the link below will be cited. This is to protect home owners in the Wildland Urban Interface (East of N Canyon Road), and help improve air quality.
