Please print, sign, and submit forms to the City office.
A: Prior to moving in, come to the City office (10246 N Canyon Road) and complete an application for services, or download the appropriate form at the top of this page and submit it by mail, e-mail, or in person. A $50 setup fee is due with the application. This application includes the request for water, sewer, storm drain, garbage, curbside recycling and/or pressurized irrigation services.
A: The City does not bear the burden of unpaid bills due to payment failures in rental situations. Before a tenant may request utility service from the City, a new Landlord Agreement must be submitted by the owner of the property to the City office for each new tenant. This signed document is required before the new tenant may submit an application. Property management companies are not allowed to sign for owners.
A: The City provides water, sewer, garbage, curbside recycling, and pressurized irrigation services to its residents. The City also bills for storm drain and Central Utah Water Conservancy (CUP) fees. Electricity is provided by Rocky Mountain Power, gas by Questar Gas, telephone by Qwest, and cable by Comcast (check for availability).
