The question on everyone’s minds is in regard to the mild winter we have experienced this season. We haven’t had much rain or snow and people may be worried that there won’t be enough water for a vegetable garden or to water lawns and trees and shubs. Utah State University Extension provides informal education outreach to residents throughout the state. The service is designed to give research-based information to those interested in producing fresh food, creating a landscape area, or anything in between.
