Timpanogos Special Service District (5050 West 6400 North, Utah County) incorporates green waste with sterilized by-products to produce compost, which can be purchased from this facility. Phone 801-756-5231 for pricing. Fine compost may also be purchased at North Pointe SWSSD (landfill transfer station), 2000 West 200 South, Lindon. Call 801-225-8538 for pricing.

Got green waste?

Green Waste is accepted at no charge at Timpanogos Special Service District (sewer plant), located at 6400 N. 5050 W., Utah County (just off the new I-15 PG Exit #275 - toward the lake). Green waste is also accepted at the North Pointe landfill (2000 W. 200 S., Lindon), but there is a charge of $4 for “clean” waste and $7 for green waste with trash mixed in. Cedar Hills households may obtain two free “dump passes” (good for $7 each) for North Pointe from the City office. These passes, which are also good for garbage loads, expire each year on Dec. 31.
