Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations, which allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be 'FUN AND EASY TO DO' in order for participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but it is also great for the mind. It is a 'feel happy' workout.
All fitness levels, non-dancers, and dancers are welcome to come and sweat in this dynamic, exciting, and fun fitness class.
All the fun of a Zumba designed class with kids in mind! Appropriate music and moves, which will entertain and, most importantly, get the kids moving and active!
These beginning and intermediate classes will create a fun, multi-level Karate training experience for teens and adults (13+). The curriculum provides a basic foundation for learning self defense; increasing and developing muscular flexibility, strength, and coordination; reinforcing principles of discipline, respect, humility, and self understanding; and provide a safe, cultural, learning environment. Each class begins with bowing in, stretching, and exercise. Registration for the dance and karate classes must be paid for separately on Sportsites.
