Lindon City recently announced a precautionary boil order, due to E-coli found in the Lindon City culinary water system. Lindon City has issued a boil order for all water used for drinking, brushing teeth, washing dishes, or preparing food. The boil order is for Lindon City only. The City of Cedar Hills has a contained and completely separate culinary water system. There is no connection to the Lindon City system. The Cedar Hills public works department regularly tests our system to ensure quality compliance and safety. The latest routine tests taken Tuesday, June 25, 2013, indicate the Cedar Hills culinary water system meets all state regulations for quality and safety. The City will continue to take routine samples.
