Meeting Change: The regular Planning Commission Meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 19, 2009, will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2009.
December 1, 2009 The Planning Commission will receive public comment regarding the
Concept/Preliminary/Final Plat for a one-lot subdivision, located at approximately 3800 West

November 10, 2009 The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following:

October 29, 2009 The Planning Commission will receive public comment regarding the following: City Code amendments regarding zoning definitions, conditional uses regarding animal rights, and portable utility sheds.
October 20, 2009 During its regularly-scheduled City Council meeting, the Cedar Hills City Council will take up and consider, and have public hearings and vote upon, whether to declare forfeited certain performance guarantees posted to guarantee the construction and completion of subdivision improvements for The Cedars at Cedar Hills, Plat J-2 and The Cedars at Cedar Hills, Plat J-3, so that the City may proceed to install or repair, or cause to be installed or repaired, the required but uncompleted or unsatisfactory improvements and to secure reimbursement of the costs incurred by the City in performing inspections, administrative activities, enforcement or legal proceedings relating to the project improvements using the remainder of the remaining performance guarantee proceeds.
October 20, 2009 The City Council will receive public comment regarding City Code amendments in required setback area (decks, porches, patios, pergolas, awnings, hot tubs, and similar structure), definitions, parking and storage of vehicles, and landscaping.
