December 9, 2008 The City Council of the City of Cedar Hills adopted a resolution in which it authorized the potential issuance of the City's Utility Revenue Bonds.
November 3, 2008 - The City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, hereby gives notice that the regular City Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 11, 2008, will be held on
Tuesday, November 18, 2008.
November 18, 2008 The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following items: 1) Amendments to the City Code 6-2-4, Financial Guarantee; 2) Amendments to the City Code, Title 10-5-18, Fences.
October 7, 2008 The City Council will receive public comment regarding amendments to the City Code, Title 10-6-3, Procedure Leading to Approval; and Title 11-4, Procedures for Approval; Plans and Plats. Click here to view the documentation.
September 16, 2008 On June 17, 2008, the City Council adopted a resolution in which the City Council expressed its intent to impose a 0.1% Sales and Use Tax within the City in order to fund recreational facilities. The City Council called a public hearing to be held on September 16, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at the City offices. At the public hearing, the City Council will listen to all public comments regarding the proposed CARE Tax. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.
September 16, 2008 The City Council will receive public comment regarding amendments to the Fiscal Year 2009 Budget (July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009).

Notice of Intent On July 8, 2008, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 7-8-2008A indicating its intent to adjust the common boundary between the City of Cedar Hills and Pleasant Grove City by transferring certain areas from the municipal jurisdiction of Pleasant Grove City to the City of Cedar Hills.
