            NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in conjunction with their Regular Planning Commission Meeting on Thursday, April 24, 2008, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

2.         Swearing in of New Planning Commission Members

PUBLIC HEARINGS

3.         Proposed amendments to the Zone Map to change Juniper Heights, Plat D, Lot 12, currently zoned TR-1 Townsite Residential Zone to the PF Public Facilities Zone. The property is located at 10440 N. Mesquite Way.

4.         Proposed amendments to the Zone Map to change Juniper Heights, Plat D, Lots 3 - 11 and 13 - 19, currently zoned TR-1 Townsite Residential Zone to the PR2.2 Planned Residential Zone. The property is located at approximately 10400 to 10500 North and 4000 to 4300 West.
