Lars Andersen’s Plan - The large pavilion needs to be closer to the parking lot. Can there be a basketball court or even a half court possibly on the cul-de-sac? Can there be a connection to the park from the trail on the front and back? Why a cul-de-sac? Could a hammerhead work instead? Can there be a lane around the parking lot like schools? Switch the playground with the pavilion? Is the grass flat? What is the finished elevation? Proposed topography? Can there be a small pavilion instead of the large pavilion? Can there be a sidewalks on both sides of the lane? Drainage? What is the capacity of the large and small pavilions? Need a specs sheet and cost estimates. What is the elevation drop on the parking lot at the west end? Is there planned retention in the parking lot? Get specs and pictures on the bathrooms. Some grass around the small pavilions. Lighted trails? Request from Lars Andersen for a copy of the UDOT trails grant application. Shelly Pitts will create a flyer for a neighborhood meeting.
