1. This meeting of the Parks and Trails Committee of the City of Cedar Hills, having been posted throughout the City and the press notified, was called to order at 7:22 p.m.
2. Approval of Minutes from the May 4th, 2006 Meeting
Minutes were approved as presented.
3. Eagle Projects
Report from Charelle Bowman on Eagle Projects. Discussion of installing benches in Heritage Park North.
4. Community Trails Meeting October 12th
David Told will attend this meeting. Jon Woozley reviewed a Mountainland Association of Governments (MAG) meeting that he attended. Jim Price is wanting pictures of our trail e-mailed to him.
5. Parks Up-To-Date Worksheet
Reviewed the progress of all park projects. The Cottage Park site analysis will be reviewed at the next meeting. Discussion of the Landslide Park.
6. Bonneville Shoreline Trail Update
Report on update of the grant.
7. Yard of the Month
Mike Stuy will be in charge of the nominations for July.
8. Family Festival booth
The Committee will need to make assignments to staff a booth that will be set-up at the Family Festival. Discussion of a brochure/map to be available for residents to take; large map showing all of the City’s parks and trails.

B. Planning Commission Meeting Report
C. Staff/Committee Reports
Need Updated Yard of the Month lists
D. Assignments and Miscellaneous
Metro Water District stipulations and requirements.

Mike Stuy still needs to get a Parks and Trails Binder.
