1. This meeting of the Parks and Trails Committee of the City of Cedar Hills, having been posted throughout the City and the press notified, was called to order at 7:20 p.m. by Jim Loveridge.
2. Approval of Minutes from the May 9, 2007 meeting
MOTION: Jim Loveridge - To approve the minutes from the May 9, 2007 meeting. Seconded by Peter Karp.

3. Eagle Projects Reports
A. Sign for Frisbee Golf Course - Move the sign to the Heritage Park bulletin board.
B. Doral Update - This project is complete and David Told has signed off on this project. Project was completed with edging, 1 table, 1 bench, and a concrete pad underneath.
4. General Plan
A. Update Current and Proposed Parks (document packet) - The acreage is needed for all parks/parcels. Update picture of Canyon Heights Park.
5. Bonneville Shoreline Trail Update
A. Update/Discuss current Grant of BOSH 2 - Action Needed: Get update from David Bunker, City Engineer. How fast can BOSH 2 be completed?
B. Update Trail placement through Bayhill Park
6. Yard of the Month Discussion
A. May Winners - Jim Loveridge switched to June. Stephanie Martinez now has July (switched with David Told). David Told has not done June yet, but will do it and get the information back to the City. Gift Cards were given to David Told and Jim Loveridge to award the winners.
B. Newsletter Information - Action Needed: City to advertise Jim’s vacancy and yard of the month winners.

Jim Loveridge stated that he is resigning.
Council wanted to make recommendation: the trail realignment at Golf Course be funded by the developer if the land is sold.

This meeting adjourned at 7:51 p.m. on a motion by Peter Karp, seconded by Jm Loveridge and unanimously approved.
