1. This meeting of the Parks and Trails Committee of the City of Cedar Hills, having been posted throughout the City and the press notified, was called to order by Shelly Pitts at 7:09 p.m.
2. Approval of Minutes from the February 17, 2005, Meeting and the March 17, 2005 Meeting
MOTION: Shelly Pitts - To approve the minutes from the February 17, 2005, meeting. Seconded by Jon Woozley.

3. Eagle Projects
See handouts. Carson James is working on the trail markers. He has contacted the Forest Service and identified two companies, Carsonite and Rockart.
The items needed are:
1. posts - How many? Posts will last forever. Available in brown and custom colors.
2. stickers - Dave Told reported that a company in Salt Lake City already makes the stickers.
3. post driver
4. extractors
The City needs to know what style and what is available in the budget. Markers will begin at the mouth of the canyon and be placed every 1/4 mile.
4. Park Development General Plan, Capital Projects for FY 2006 Budget
Yard of the Month - 5 signs, 25 gifts - Konrad Hildebrandt will get a check prepared for $300.
Light Up Cedar Hills - 5 gift baskets
5. Bonneville Shoreline Trail Development
Gordon Smith, June 1, at 9 a.m.
6. Doug LeDoux Park/Cedar Run Retention Basin Park
7. Grants
Jim Loveridge discussed various grant opportunities.
