              NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing followed by their Regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, June 1, 2004, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

1.           Call to Order

2.           Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and Zone Map for the Following Items.

              A.          Side Setbacks in the PR2.2 Zone

              B.          Acreage Requirements in the SC-1 Zone

              C.          Zone Classification Change from the R-1-11,000 Zone to the H-1 Hillside Zone for Property Located at Approximately 10000 - 12000 North Canyon Road

              D.          Delete RA-1 Zone (Residential Agricultural Zone) and PO-1 Zone (Professional Office Zone)

3.           Adjourn
