NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL

OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with a special meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at 7:00 p.m., at the Cedar Hills Public Safety Building, 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment on the following item.

                        A RESOLUTION ENACTING A FEE IN LIEU OF PROPERTY TAX AND SETTING FORTH A FEE IN LIEU OF PROPERTY TAX SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION FOR THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH.

Copies of the proposed resolution are available at the City Office during regular business hours or on the Web at www.cedarhills.org. Interested persons are invited to attend and make comment.
