NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL

OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their regular meeting on Tuesday, March 20, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., at the Cedar Hills Public Safety Building, 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following items.

1. Preliminary Subdivision Plat for the Commercial Property Located at Approximately 10000 North (Cedar Hills Drive) Between 4800 and 4600 West

2. Preliminary Plan for WalMart Located at Approximately 4700 West and Cedar Hills Drive

3. Preliminary Plan for Two Commercial Outlots Located at Approximately 4800 West and Cedar Hills Drive

Interested persons are invited to attend and make comment. Copies will be available for review beginning March 12, 2007, at the City Offices, 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah, during regular business hours.
