NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL

OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, August 15, 2006, at 7:00 p.m., at the Cedar Hills Public Safety Building, 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following items:

                        1.         Ordinance Revoking and Recinding the Total Maximum Property Tax Rate Assessed Upon Real and Personal Property for General Government Purposes for Any Tax Year for the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, as Previously Adopted as Ordinance No. 11-17-2003A

                        2.         Canyon Heights at Cedar Hills, Plat J (Resubdivision of Canyon Heights at Cedar Hills, Plat G, Lots 5 & 6)

                        3.         Landscaping Ordinance

                        4.         Amendments to Title 10, Chapter 5, Section 18, Fences

                        5.         Amendments to Title 11, Chapter 7, Subdivisions

Interested persons are invited to attend and make comment. Copies are available for review at the City Offices, 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah, during regular business hours.
