NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL

OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their Regular meeting on Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., at the Cedar Hills Public Safety Building, 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following items.

            1.         Amendments to the City Code, Title 10, Chapter 5, Section 27, Landscaping

2. Amendments to the City Code Regarding the Requirements for the Conveyance of Water Rights for Annexation and Development

Interested persons are invited to attend and make comment. Copies are available for review at the City Offices, 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah, during regular business hours.
