NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY COUNCIL

OF THE CITY OF CEDAR HILLS, UTAH

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cedar Hills, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, March 7, 2006, at 7:00 p.m., at the Cedar Hills Public Safety Building, 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding amendments to the City Code, Title 10, Zoning Regulations as follows:

                        1.         An amendment to the Zone Map of the City to change a portion of area currently in the H-1 Hillside Zone to the Public Facilities Zone. The property is located at approximately 10300 North between Canyon Road and Bayhill Drive.

Interested persons are invited to attend and make comment. Copies are available for review at the City Offices, 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive, Cedar Hills, Utah, during regular business hours.
