Talk to Us
Every Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m., the City manager will set aside time to meet with any resident on any issue. No appointment is necessary; just come and chat! If you are unable to come during this time, you may e-mail your “chat” to the City manager 24/7.
Other Ways to Communicate with City Administrators
We want to know what you have to say! If you have a compliment, question, or concern, the office staff is dedicated to addressing these topics. To ensure accuracy and improve tracking capabilities, all issues are to be submitted in writing to the City office, either by mail, e-mail, fax, or hand delivered. Comments may also be sent directly from this site by clicking on "Contact Us" at the top of any page.
Want to participate in or be updated on current issues?
- Read the City newsletter that is included with the monthly utility bill and is also published on this site.
- Call or e-mail any member of the City staff or any of the elected officials. Phone numbers and e-mail addresses are available on this site.
- Chat with the City Manager in person on any Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the City offices as mentioned above.
- Familiarize yourself with the meeting agenda page on this site. Issues to be discussed at City meetings are posted on the "All Meeting Agendas" page found under the "Government" drop-down menu.
- Public Hearings are noticed on the City Web site in three locations: home page, "All Meeting Agendas" page, and on the "Public Hearing Notices" page, which is accessible from the "Government" drop-down menu at the top of any page of the City site. Public Hearings and meeting agendas are also posted at the City office at 3925 W Cedar Hills Drive.
- Make an appointment with any member of the City staff or with any of the elected officials to visit with them in person. Each person makes their own appointments and may be reached either by e-mail or phone.
