General Plan

The General Plan of the City of Cedar Hills is the policy of acceptable land uses within the City, adopted to guide growth and land development for the long term. It is the foundation for establishing goals, purposes, zoning, and activities allowed on each land parcel, to provide compatibility and continuity to the entire region, as well as each individual neighborhood.
