Stretch is a move-better, feel better system of stretches and movements to help you do everything else you do in life better. Stretch is a full body, dynamic workout focusing on stretching, balance, core strength and breath.
Stretch is taught by Dawn Brown, a certified personal trainer and functional movement specialist with background in Pilates, yoga, functional workouts, spin and nutrition coaching. She has taught hundreds of classes and has 16 years experience in the industry. She created stretch to help her clients perform better in other areas of fitness and life.
