Harvey Boulevard East Opening
Mayor Brad Sears officiated at a brief ribbon cutting ceremony on April 19, 2004, to commemorate the completion of Harvey Boulevard East. The City worked closely with Pleasant Grove City, J-U-B Engineers, and Staker & Parsons to complete this project, which now provides the City with an additional east-west corridor and direct access to Deerfield Elementary and 4800 West from Canyon Road.
