Colleen Mulvey, the city’s recorder, has achieved the designation of Master Municipal Clerk (MMC), the highest achievable designation given by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. MMCs must fulfill extensive requirements, including many hours of continued education and completion of the Certified Municipal Clerk designation, along with various professional and social contributions. She began her career in 2006 as a deputy recorder in the Utah County Recorders office and then as a municipal clerk in 2009. Colleen began as the Cedar Hills recorder in July 2012.
