What is Barre? Barre is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, that focuses on low-impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body. Dance experience is not needed for this workout!
Please bring a water bottle if you have one, a yoga mat and comfortable workout clothes. Most people do barre workouts in bare feet or socks but that is not required.
